Customer Feedback Analysis for CRO

If you think your website could achieve more but your not sure where to start, simply work you way through these pages and when you're ready, get in touch...

“The customer is always right” is a mentality that has helped retailers learn from customers experiences for hundreds of years. In this age, internet-savvy consumers will from time to time share their thoughts and experiences if you give them a channel to do so.

Feedback Is Priceless.

There are a number of options available to allow visitors to submit feedback and after a few months you’ll normally have a good indication of whether customers are generally happy or not.

Many customers also use feedback forms to highlight issues with products, couriers or the website. Customer feedback is also the most blunt and honest feedback you’ll receive – something that can be hard to find from colleagues or suppliers.

To encourage feedback you can place buttons throughout the website, prompt people using a discrete pop-up window or icon or even offer a direct feedback form as part of the websites footer.

To increase the volume of feedback you may also consider emailing your client base from time to time.
